OvacSol Private Limited (“OvacSol”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a technology company located at 177 F-1, Sarwar Road, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit our website (https://ovacsol.com), contact us, or interact with a business through our AI-powered messaging assistant services.
Our Role
For our website and business enquiries, OvacSol is responsible for your personal data.
For our messaging and AI assistant services, the business you contact (our client) decides why and how your messages are used. OvacSol provides the platform and processes data on that business’s behalf.
Information We Collect
Website visitors
Details you submit through our contact form, such as name, email address and message.
Technical information such as IP address, browser type and device information.
Cookies, as described in Section 10.
Messaging services (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram)
When you message a business that uses our platform, we process:
the messages you send, including text and voice messages (voice messages are converted to text);
your name or profile name, phone number, or platform user ID;
details you choose to share during the conversation, such as your email address or answers to the business’s questions.
How We Use Information
To receive your messages and send replies on behalf of the business you contacted.
To record your enquiry so the business can follow up with you.
To operate, secure, maintain and improve our services.
To respond to your enquiries and requests.
To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
AI Processing
Replies in our messaging services are generated by an automated AI assistant, so you may be communicating with an AI and not a person. Message content, including the audio of voice messages, is sent to AI service providers solely to generate replies and convert voice to text. We do not use your messages to advertise to you.
Messaging Platforms
Messages are delivered through Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram). Your use of those platforms is also governed by Meta’s own terms and privacy policies.
Sharing of Information
We share personal data only with:
the business whose services you contacted;
service providers that host our systems, deliver messages and provide AI processing, who are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations;
public authorities or other parties where required by law.
Data Retention
Conversation data is kept while the business uses our service, unless deletion is requested earlier. Records that are deleted are held in a recycle bin for 30 days and are then permanently removed. Voice messages are converted to text and the audio itself is not stored. Technical delivery logs from messaging platforms and system backups are kept for a limited period and then removed.
Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records.
Your Rights and Data Deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
To request deletion: email info@ovacsol.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the WhatsApp number, or the Facebook/Instagram profile name, that you used to contact the business, and the name of the business if you know it. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days, except for data we are required to keep for legal or security reasons. If your data is held by a business using our platform, that business may also be involved in handling your request.
International Data Transfers
Our systems are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Your data may also be processed by Meta and by our AI service providers in other countries, including the United States. We use providers that apply appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Cookies and Website Use
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, security and analytics, such as keeping login sessions active and protecting forms from spam. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended.
Legal Basis
We process messaging data to provide the service requested by the business you contacted and to respond to your enquiry. We process website data based on your consent or our legitimate business interest in responding to you and keeping our website secure.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted connections and encrypted storage of access credentials. No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
